Why am i not promoted ?
1- Because i fail to improve both intellectually and in terms of work performance.
2- Because i am arrogant and don't obey orders.
3- Because i take advantage of my power and use the organization's resources dishonestly.
4- Because i am not a good team player, and let the team down.
5- Because i am slow to think and to respond.
6- Because i don't keep promises and i am careless about the job.
7- Because i cheat, and try to cut corner.
8- Because i am mean and selfish.
9- Because i am strict with others and generous to myself.
10- Because i can't guard my position well and sometimes offside.
11- Because i am self centered, and am not cooperative.
12- Because i am not highly minded and short of logic.
13- Because i am not creative and short of efficiency.
14- Because i don't have the trust and support of my colleagues.
